This special Squid Run & Day at the Movies' Charity Run will be held on Saturday 13th November 2021 with all profits going towards our funding of a London Marathon charity space for the Ray's Of Sunshine Charity (giving children with life-limiting or terminal illnesses their lifetime wishes).

As if that wasn't enough we're doing a 'two medals for one run' Squid Run special. That's right we're doubling up the first in a series of Squid Runs alongside our Day at the Movies Charity run so that you can earn the 'triangle' medal as well as a pick n mix day at the movies medal - double bling day! And it all goes to charity.

As well as the 'triangle' squid medal - we'll be bringing along a multitude of other awesome medals for you to choose from. Whether you missed out first time round, or you just fancy another run with us, our 'Squid Run & Day at the Movies' charity run, allows you to get your hands on a medal that you want from one of our past themes plus the triangle medal. If there's a specific medal you're after, then just drop us an email and if we have it then it's yours on the day.

We even have a very limited number of the world's largest finishers' medals available - the epic EXPLORER - but be quick if you want one of those.

This year we're expecting to have have our biggest EVER selection of medals to choose from and don't forget that because we've already paid the cost of the 'unused' medals all profits from this event will go to the Ray's of Sunshine children's charity.

So come and join us for one of our very popular timed events, with a marathon specific option, where you choose from 5km to ultra marathon, you can complete as many, or as few, laps as you like of a 5.3km, 3.28 mile, out and back, course along the beautiful river Thames. We welcome all abilities of runner - complete one lap and you're both a finisher and a winner in our eyes, or keep going and see how far you can get in the full 6 hour time limit and everyone gets the fabulous bespoke finishers' medal.

Not sure? Well the beauty of this format is that you don't even need to decide in advance - simply come and run a lap and see how you feel on the day and keep on going if it feels right.

Places will be strictly limited so don't leave it too late to enter.

Minimum distance is 3.28 miles or as far as you can go in 7 hours. Off road trail, the terrain is riverside towpath. The overall course has no elevation gain / loss making this a flat and fast route.

We provide a physical running service and by entering our events you are purchasing an actual run, either by attending our events or by running the event virtually yourself. All participants in our events, both attended and virtual, will receive a free giveaway medal / memento from your run.
