What better way to work off some the Christmas excess than to join us for a run or two in that ‘gap’ between Christmas and New Year. Our Year End Marathon, always held on December 28th has proven very popular and we were often asked why we didn’t do a double or even a triple event – so we did in 2016 and now it’s back by popular demand for 2017 .

So here it is again – the Frozen Phoenix double, meaning of course you could come and do the Year End Marathon as well for a cheeky little triple!

The Frozen events are 6 hour timed events – Choose from 5km to ultra marathon distances; you can complete as many, or as few laps as you like of a 3.28 mile, out and back, course along the beautiful river Thames. We welcome all abilities of runner – complete one lap and you’re both a finisher and a winner in our eyes, or keep going and see how far you can get in the full 6 hour time limit and everyone gets the fabulous bespoke finishers’ medal.

The medals are epic – many medals claim to be interlocking and aren’t but these really are! Our 2017 medals will be in a whole new set of colours too.
