Phoenix Running Crystal Palace 5km & 10km Run for Dad is back this year. Come join us celebrate Father's Day by running in the beautiful Crystal Palace Park. Choose a distance between 5km or 10km and earn the Feisty Phoenix medal. We welcome all abilities of runner - complete two laps for 5km and four laps for 10km. 

• 2 laps for 3.30mi (meaning you complete at least 5km) with 302ft elevation gain
• It's 4 laps for 6.60mi (meaning you complete at least 10km) with 604ft elevation gain

The course will be well marked, off road trail. A great park to run around with good tarmac and gravel pathways.

Age limit - 18 years old and above.
This event is licensed by Trail Running Association and will adhere to the UK Athletics rules.

The course is path, we recommend road/trail shoes depending on the weather.

The course features a series of gentle undulations with challenging steep sections that rise sharply, creating a dynamic and varied landscape for participants to navigate.

Entries will be limited so please don't leave it too late to sign up.

The park is a short walk from Crystal Palace Station or Penge West Station.

Routes serving the park and its surrounding area include 3, 122, 157, 202, 227, 249, 322, 358, 363, 410, 417, 432, 450

By car
