Our very popular Dark Phoenix, evening event will be held on the same day as our Summer Marathon 2018, so there is the opportunity to run two full marathons with us on the same day, or, after your marathon in the morning, come along and run a shorter distance in the evening and get one our awesome Dark Phoenix medals. The atmosphere at our evening runs is really lovely.

The run one of our 6 hour timed events, with a marathon specific option, where you choose from 5km to ultra marathon, you can complete as many, or as few, laps as you like of a 5.3km, 3.28 mile, out and back, course along the beautiful river Thames. We welcome all abilities of runner - complete one lap and you're both a finisher and a winner in our eyes, or keep going and see how far you can get in the full 6 hour time limit and everyone gets the fabulous bespoke finishers' medal.

Running will start at 4.00pm and there is the potential to finish at dusk or in the dark depending on how quickly and how far you run!

There will, of course, be the awesome glow in the dark bling with doors!



Don't forget - you must use a head torch if running after 8.00pm. We highly advise that all runners bring a head torch, even if you expect to be finished before this time.

There is a 6 hour cut off, so ideally all runners will be finished by 10pm.

Places will be strictly limited so don't leave it too late to enter.

Registration opens from 3.00pm

The course has no elevation gain / loss overall, making this a flat and fast route.

We provide a physical running service and by entering our events you are purchasing an actual run, either by attending our events or by running the event virtually yourself. All participants in our events, both attended and virtual, will receive a free giveaway medal / memento from your run.
