Ready to tumble down the rabbit hole? Join us for the Alice in Runderland run! It's a topsy-turvy adventure where you'll dash through whimsy, wonder, and maybe a few mad tea parties. Cross the finish line and snag your very own Wonderland-themed medal - because every curious runner deserves a bit of bling. Costumes welcome, nonsense encouraged.

This is one of our timed events where you choose - from 5km to 10k, half to marathon to ultra, you can complete as many, or as few, laps as you like of a 5.3km, 3.28 mile, out and back, course along the beautiful River Mersey in Chorlton Water Park. We welcome all abilities of runners, walkers, joggers, hikers, Jeffers - complete one lap and you're both a finisher and a winner in our eyes, or keep going and see how far you can get in the full 7 hour time limit and everyone gets the fabulous bespoke finishers' medal. 

Start times: We have a rock up and run option, so you can start any time from 8am onwards, there is no pressure to start at a particular time. If you have any further requests on the start times, please just email us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate everyone. 

Start from 8am (Registration from 7am, please don't arrive before this time).

Parkrun: We are parkrun inclusive! So please show us your parkrun time and we will count this as your first lap. Win-win!  

Not sure on the distance?  Well, the beauty of this format is that you don't even need to decide in advance - simply come and run a lap and see how you feel on the day and keep on going if it feels right.

Chosen charity: Dogs 4 Rescue, Manchester We will be donating £1 for every participant to a chosen charity. (For example, if we have 100 entries, we will donate £100).          

Course: Minimum distance is 3.28 miles or as far as you can go in 7 hours. Off road trail, the terrain is riverside towpath. The overall course has no elevation gain / loss making this a flat and fast route. 

Facilities: Toilets and changing rooms available at Race HQ.   

Parking for 75 cars available at Hardy Farm. 

There is also additional public and paid parking around Chorlton Water Park. Please park sensibly and don't block residential driveways.

We provide a physical running service and by entering our events you are purchasing an actual run, either by attending our events or by running the event virtually yourself. All participants in our events, both attended and virtual, will receive a free giveaway medal / memento from your run.
