Pop-Up Saturday Evening Run Alert! We're putting on one of our pop-up 'Saturday Evening Runs', on its usual bank holiday weekend I n May and this year we've got a choice of not one but two of our awesome 1 inch thick, 1 KG Remembrance Day medals. We have a limited number of 'Remembrance Stone' medals from 2017 and 'Remember 100' medals from 2018 up for grabs, so we hope you're ready for a pleasant evening trail run along the Thames.

Entries are expected to go quickly and are strictly limited. You will be asked to select your medal preference upon signup and medals will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Oh, and because we're awesome, not only will entries be great value, but 100% of profits will be kick-starting our 2020 London Marathon runner's funding pot and going to the Rays of Sunshine Charity.

Reistration opensat 3:15pm. Running will start at 4.00pm and there is the potential to finish at dusk or in the dark depending on how quickly you run.

This will be one of our special 7 hour timed events, with a marathon specific option, where you choose from 5km to ultra marathon, you can complete as many, or as few, laps as you like of a 5.3km, 3.28 mile, out and back, course along the beautiful river Thames. We welcome all abilities of runner - complete one lap and you're both a finisher and a winner in our eyes, or keep going and see how far you can get in the full 7 hour time limit and everyone gets the fabulous bespoke finishers' medal.

Not sure? Well the beauty of this format is that you don't even need to decide in advance - simply come and run a lap and see how you feel on the day and keep on going if it feels right.

Don't forget - you must use a head torch if running after 9.00pm. We highly advise that all runners bring a head torch, even if you expect to be finished before this time.

There is a 7 hour cut off, so all runners must be finished by 11pm.

Places will be strictly limited so don't leave it too late to enter.

We provide a physical running service and by entering our events you are purchasing an actual run, either by attending our events or by running the event virtually yourself. All participants in our events, both attended and virtual, will receive a free giveaway medal / memento from your run.
