Seven in Seven Run Series 2025

This is the entry for the Seven in Seven (SeSe) race series.

That's right folks - a seven in seven just joined our Easter Festival of multiday running - brand new for 2025! We've just added a seven runs in seven days race series to be held during our annual Twelve in Twelve, Ten in Ten and Five in Five Easter series. This event is absolutely perfect for anyone thinking of building up to a 10in10 or 12in12 and who has perhaps already done a 5in5 and as this event is held during our annual 12in12, with all event series finishing on the same day, you'll get to experience the true buzz, excitement and atmosphere of a wonderful multi-stage running event.

As the name(s) suggests this is a series of 7 consecutive running events held over 7 consecutive days where you choose - from 5km to 10k, half to marathon to ultra, you can complete as many, or as few, laps as you like each day. The laps will be based around our standard 5.3km, 3.28 mile, out and back, series of routes along the beautiful River Thames and are held on UKA/IAAF measured and certified routes. The runs are 5, 6 or 7 hour timed events dependant on distance entered. We also offer super-early 6.15am starts so you can get almost 9 hours of running if you take advantage of these and we welcome absolutely all abilities of runner - complete one lap on any day and you're both a finisher for that day and a winner in our eyes, or keep going and see how far you can go in the full time limit. Then come back and do it all over again and again and again.

As mentioned above, the Seven in Seven will happen at the same time as the Phoenix Ten in Ten, Twelve in Twelve & Five in Five so the atmosphere is always amazing. The 2025 series will be based from our Thames Path location in Walton on Thames (postcode KT12 2JB) with the Weir Pub right on the start finish line and there are plenty of accommodation options nearby. We use two routes from this location for the FiFi, SeSe, TiT & TweT and we plan to alternate the route day-to-day to mix things up a bit. Our aid station or 'tuck shop' is famous for all its sweet and savoury goodies and CAKE and it will be back in full force in 2025 so you won't go hungry!

There are other multi-day series events, so what makes the Phoenix FiFi, SeSe, TIT & TweT so special?

Well, as we hope you've come to expect from us, we're going to be offering some amazing medals. For those looking to complete all 7 days we've got a beautiful set of Phoenix 'Keys to the Continents' medals. These are, of course, our usual BIG and bold bling (goes without saying really that we wouldn't compromise on the bling) and this time they're 3D and double sided. Each day you get a different Continental Key representing a different part of your 7in7 personal running journey to unlock the multiday runner within you.
