LET'S GO GHOULS!

Phoenix Running South Wales invites you to join us for our first Children's Run suitable for 4-11 year olds. LET'S GO GHOULS! will take place at 10am on Saturday 31st October 2026 in Barry Sidings Country Park.

This is a new 2km course. Starting near Barry Sidings Cafe, you will head up the short trail towards the lakes and children's play area.  Complete 3 laps of the lake then return to the aid station to finish.

This will be a mass start at 10am and fancy dress is strongly encouraged.

Places will be strictly limited, so don't leave it too late to enter.

This event will be licensed by Welsh Athletics, race license applied for.

We provide a physical running service and by entering our events you are purchasing an actual run, either by attending our events or by running the event virtually yourself. All participants in our events, both attended and virtual, will receive a free giveaway medal / memento from your run.
