Phoenix Running - Bedfordshire

Davie and Clare met when they were both coaches at their local running club in 2014. They had both run a few marathons prior to meeting but didn't realise the wonderful journey they had ahead of them. In their own words, they stumbled upon the GMC 12 Marathons in 12 Months challenge in 2017 and decided to give it a go, and the rest, as they say is history. They certainly did not expect to run as many marathons as they have, or to have completed challenges such as 10 Marathons in 10 Days.

Davie also ran his first 100 mile event recently at our Centaur and absolutely smashed it!

Davie and Clare have 4 amazing children who think they are a little bit bonkers and their youngest daughter Pixie is very well known on the Thames towpath as she is often with us cheering on the runners and eating Freddos.
